Women’s Outdoor Summit

March 11-13

Teresa Baker has teamed up with JAM Collective & Ravel Media to present a virtual summit for women of the outdoor industry to connect and learn from one another. This three-day event will include workshops, panels, and keynotes ( Intersectional Environmentalist, Kristy Drutman, Cindy Villaseñor, Cristal Cisneros, Jenny Bruso, and Dr. Carolyn Finney), and CEO roundtable discussions with 20 industry leaders. It’ll even be kicked off with a welcoming message by Rep. Deb Haaland!

The summit will be geared towards cis and trans women, as well as people who experience gender discrimination in their outdoor professional and personal lives. It welcomes all people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women. All will be streamed live via StreamYard on YouTube, and supported by ASL translators. If you can’t catch it, the event will live on forever on YouTube and highlights will be shared on a special episode of She Explores.

This event is FREE thanks to the sponsorship of Backcountry, with support from Merrell, Outdoor Research, Smartwool, Patagonia, and Arc’teryx. All additional proceeds go to The Cairn Project, which supports girls and women outdoor programs across the U.S. through microgrants.
